I am offering 12 Hot "Bikram" Yoga classes a week !  26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done twice in 90 minutes.  See the postures here.  *All my teachers are Bikram Certified!
 
I also have 7 Boot Camp classes a week! Indoor/Outdoor circuit training workouts that give you strength, cardio and stretching in 1 hour for maximum fitness and weightloss. 
 
Personal training is available for both yoga and strength training and I will host seminars throught the year!
